5th Singapore Breast Oncoplastic Surgery Symposium (SBOSS) and BreastDay Meeting 2019

Breast cancer diagnosis and treatment continues to evolve as advances in technology and therapeutics constantly impact on the ever-changing medical landscape.

The recent edition of the BreastDay Meeting will be held on 19-21 July 2019 at the KK Hospital Training Centre in Singapore and will be held in conjunction with the 5th Singapore Breast Oncoplastic Surgery Symposium (SBOSS). The objectives of the meeting are to provide clinicians with multidisciplinary updates on diagnosis and clinical management of breast cancer and related breast diseases. This year the theme is : “Transforming breast cancer care: advances and future developments”. The theme reflects how breast cancer care has changed over the years, not just in the understanding of breast cancer behaviour, but also in tailoring different approaches for this heterogeneous cancer.

Local and international experts will be sharing their expertise in radiological, surgical and oncological fields, covering hot topics such as neoadjuvant chemotherapy, axillary nodal management and clinical use of artificial intelligence. The latest updates from the American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting will also be presented.
